the new layout

I'm getting hell pissed off with the number of people bitching and moaning about the new layout.Anyone would think, the way that some of you are carrying on,that Igor had molested your cars and run off with your kid sisters[or vice versa!].Let's be honest,we all get attatched to web sites that we visit regularly, but at the end of the day we make little or no impact on the funding of this site.If you liked the old layout so much, there's always the option of going out, buying some bandwidth ,and giving it your best shot.Somehow,I don't think you'd find it as satisfying as coming here and pissing and moaning over relatively trivial matters.

If you have suggestions as to how the new layout can be sharpened up,I'm certain that Igor would be keen for you to majke a case.Sitting on your backsides grizzling and demanding the reinstatement of the old layout is lame.Remember,it's the CONTENT that makes AF good, not simply the color scheme.

What you bring to the board is what the board becomes. If you want to discuss tech issuues, review new models, share a laugh or a few modelling tips, your contribution helps to build this place into a great site.If you want to piss and moan about something that you get for free, you are basically shitting on your own doorstep.

There's room for improvement and fine tuning with the new layout, for certain, but to demand that things never change is narrowminded and selfish.Seems to me that if some people on this site were offered a better newer car for free, they'd turn it down because the seat wasn't set the way that they like it.

The only constant is change.

Some people need to learn that.

All I know is I asked about changing that red AF symbol Igor had started to use back to the old blue AF that you see on the top left. Several others offered agreement and low and behold its my favorite blue symbol I can attest that there are features here I don't like as much as before, but Igor is good to his world of making the place the way the bulk of people here would like.

To those that bitch and moan. Be sure to stop in the I Want Change forum and put up a poll on your suggestion. Also let me point out that very few people know how to read over there since they don't put up the IWC: threads the way Igor asked. Its funny seeing the number of people who can't (or won't) follow directions.

You should stop in the AF in General forum area for the latest changes.

Classifications and stars
http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/t128679.html

Then this is the reputation point levels.

(ps - slap me a reputation point, I haven't got one in a long time )
