4d4g civic engine swap in dc/md area

wassup peeps, im lookin into swapping my engine for my 91 lx 4g4d to a dohc zc, i've done research and found lots of parts i need such as civic si tran and integra this and prelude that. being that im not all that knowledgable at this point of what im doing i just wanna get all or most of the part i can, i wanted to find someone who does these swaps and either get adive on what i need to get so i can do it myself or just pay someone to do it, but i would rather do it myself, much help appreciated in this long process that i know many have been through, and now its my time for a swap. thanks
