HLJ vs 1999.co.jp

Hi

I was wondering if the shipping is the same (SAL) for 1999.co.jp and HLJ..

1999 have better price (on 3 kit I can save 1000Y) but wondering if the shipping is more expensive

thanks

I don't know, but let me now if you have problems with those companies shipping in Québec... never had the guts to order yet, maybe I will if everything go OK for you.

I ordered one time from HLJ with no real problem.. took 20 day to came in canada, and 10 days in custon (damn slow) cost me about 15$ of custom fees for an order of 65 (87$ with shipping) so don't really expect to save money, but there is no choice here anyway

I don't think that shipping should be too different. Doesn't it usually say on the site?

Never ordered from Hobby Link but I have ordered stuff from Hobby Search. The cost of mailing a package from them to me here in the states with the EMS rate which is the Priorty 3-4 day mail is about 1/2 the price of the items Im buying. The last order I had with them cost me around $20 dollars, but I ordered 3 kits so that wasnt too bad plus I got them in 3 days!

hobbysearch shipping is the worst thing I've ever seen!!!! the last order... well, I dont remember, but only for 1/20 f1, a clear decal sheet, the order had a really really high shipping cost by EMS, and in this site, if you see their shipping cart, you'll see that if you reach a little amount of weight, EMS is almost the same price as SAL, and they say that SAL takes about 2 months!!!! with HLJ SAL takes only 12~17 days to Spain, so.... evengthough the prices are lower, and eventough you can gain points to get discount ( this discount is really hard to use, you MUST tell them that you want to use I dont know where when you place a new order, if not, you cannot use it ) only buy things in hobbysearch, if you cannot find it in HLJ

HLJ are by far the best. Shipping by SAL to the land down under is relatively cheap (especially if you order a few items at once) and only takes around 10 to 15 days.

I have ordered from Hobbysearch once however it took ages to come and the postage was higher (which negated the discounted price).

HLJ is the only way to go.

That's what I meant... no choice here so you don't have much choice.
