street glow
does anyone have a nice tut on making street glow for cars in photoshop?

wtf happened to this tread???? aiight I know theres no such thing as a prelude type r; but its just a badge. its like putting silvia badges on a Sil-Eighty or a 240sx, and R34 badges on a Maxima. And by street glow, i Was talking about neons under a car.
