clusters

I own a 91 integra and intend on putting some reverse indiglo's in the cluster but the problem is that none of clocks are functioning besides the gas and heat gauges. I was wondering if any1 knows if theresawayto get a working cluster and turn the clock back to the car's original milage? and if it is possible i would like to know how.
