jspec b16a legal pass smog?
hey everyone i just bought a 93 dx coupe and it has a 93 b16a jsepc engine from japan.. its bone stock i went to get it smogged so i could get registration on it and it wouldnt pass smog they told me i would need a referee smog check to get it legal and certified im curious on if they will even pass it ? anything would help thanks....

can someone please help me out give me some info on this... i need to know if this motor could be legally passed by the referee? and what it would need in order to pass or would they just pass it ? how does it work anyone with knowlege on this matter please let me know and again the car is a 93 dx coupe with a jspec japan b16a...... bone stock thanks....
