re: alarm

Hi,
I have a used 98 Sonoma. I don't know if the alarm is factory or not, on my keypad it says "falcon".

As I was starting the car today, somehow I set off the alarm. After that, the car won't start. I tried after 10 minutes later but still no luck. I heard by turning key on the door left and right once will disable the alarm, but still no luck.

How can I disable the alarm? Is there a way I can remove the module? If so, where is it located at?

Any help is greatly appreciated because I really need to start my truck!!

Thanks.

Re: re: alarm

Falcon is after market, look on the web for programming instructions or check with manufacturer.
