Replacement Spintek Wheels
Does anyone know an easy way to swap out the new replacement wheels for 1/18 scale diecast models? I purchased a set & have been "stymied"....I am trying to install a set on Ertl's 1969 Pontiac GTO
diecast kit.......there seems to be no way possible without serious modification.............the manufacturer supplies axles with the wheels,
there is no way to use them because as we all know the front end is steerable & the rear wheels are mounted in a way where this just isn't possible....any suggestions? I have seen some really botched jobs on eBay, with the claim "the wheels spin, but don't turn"....what good is the model if the wheels don't rotate?......HELP!
