69 Camaro color????

Ok, I was looking under my bed and I noticed my 69 Camaro. I pulled it out and then I remember that I built this when I was like 10. There is glue everywhere, the windows don't even look like windows, and there is about 8 colors on it. There is this really thick blue, red, gold, yellow, green and a few other colors. This was all watercolor. I got it all off and now I'm going through the car trying to restore it. What color do you think I should paint it? I don't really want to paint it blue and white stripes because I have a die-cast car like that, so... Suggest away. TIA

Thats not a bad idea. I have to go and buy some more red though. Thanks for the idea, anymore? After about five, I'm going to decided from them. Thanks.

I never was a real big fan of the orange w/ white stipes. I really like the blue with white stripes, but I already have one, so I don't know yet. I do have the hugger orange color and lots of white. This is such a hard decision.

Another vote for Red w/Black stripes. If you can`t do that, Yellow with Black stripes.

Lime Green with White racing stripes
Chrome Yellow with white or black racing stripes
Hot Pink with White racing stripes
a medium shade of brown with white or black stripes (looks very nice if you have the right brown to do it)
Grey with White stripes
Gunmetal with White stripes

Black with white stipes and a light colored interior. Tint the windows dark and lower it down with some big wheels and low profile tires! Would look best if you've got the hide-a-way headlights...

I'm going to be doing red with black stripes. I have to go and get some paint though, so in the meantime, I'm going to work on getting my Chevelle into a good condition.

My favorite '69 Camaro color was always Hugger Orange. Testors spray #1628 Competition Orange is a dead match for it. Black OR white stripes work well on this color.

Just my .02.

Best regards,

Maybe just orange will look good. I just want to do one color, no stripes. I have too many cars with stripes.
