This Hatch has a JDM B16A SI-R swapped into it with a Drag Turbo Kit. .

Engine Modification: Jdm B16A swap, T3/T4 turbo, Turbo Manifold, Turbonetics Wastegate, BlitzBlow-Off Valve, Mandrel Bent Piping (polished), 450cc DSM injectors, MSD Spark Plug Wires, MSD Blaster Coil, and a V-AFC.

Other Modifications: 1997 Honda Prelude Seats, Greddy Turbo Timer, Autometer Boost Gauge, Autometer Air/Fuel Gauge, Autometer Monster Tach w/ Shift Light, Greddy SP Exhaust, Acura Integra LS mesh Wheels, HP Racing Front Upper Strut Bar, Rear Upper Strut Bar, Skunk2 coilovers, and Center Console Armrest and Entertainment Center.

depends... personally I don't like cars that have been built by someone else so I wouldn't give much for it... others may disagree

DjiNN_Inc: according to the Kelly Blue Book website, a stock version of that car with 100k miles on it, and premium wheels and spoiler, is worth about $3,460. While you COULD take the cost of each modification and add it to the value, you would be more like to add half or less of the cost of each item.
Unfortunatly, not all modified cars, and not all car modifications, are done properly. This can radically change the value of the car- for instance, what is the quality of the engine swap, was it done by a professional swap etc... It is really very hard to determine the value of a car by a parts list. Also, as was pointed out, many sport compact enthusiasts prefer to do their own work- it's half the fun!

My suggestion would be to price it for what you want for it, and work with potential buyers.
