take off the boot panel, remove wiper arm then motor, then fibre glass or filler the gap, smooth and spray

u gotta weld the hole shut. fiberglass and just body filler will just crack over time

or you could buy the hatch from a civic STD of the same color, since they didnt have a rear wiper.
