Tamiya expanding their 1/24 figure range

Albeit limited it seems.

Not sure if this has been discussed already, have not noticed anything.

I'm guessing that these are not new toolings, the rally drivers may be from the pug/focus kits and the driver from their kits around the mid 80's i think.

While I agree figures are great for dioramas, I've never liked them myself.
I proffer the showroom look (AKA empty) on cars, bikes and aircraft.

Also is it me or is Tamiya releasing less 1/24 car kits now than ever before...?

Its not like there's a lack of cars for them to choose from?

I dont think good about the racing driver because they do not supply the decals (sponsor) of the driver. Pics may be help.

That's a step in the good direction.

Now, how about expanding their 1/24 CAR range.
