Updates on the Stuff My Wife Bought Me All Those Months Ago...Lots 'o Pics

Well, here are some updates on the ongoing projects that my Wife surprised me with a few months back...and a couple that I bought myself. With work and ordering extra detail parts, things have been going slow.

Renesance Trans kit and Studio 27 decals.

And this one is box stock with the exception of the Sakatsu bonnet clips. A little disappointed that the front wheels can't turn left and right though.

This one is almost done, need to finish the interior and install the "glass". Hopefully, before I finish it, someone will release updated headlights.

Two of three 1/43 scale kits waiting to be build, the one not pictured is a Racing 43 Ford Focus.

Finally broke down and got one of these... getting a "bonus" check helped me decide to get the Hyudai. It's the Evo 3 Deutchland Rally version. Will be masking off the red bumpers and spraying the silver in a few days.

Sorry about half the pics being blurry.

You too can be the proud owner of a Hyundai Accent Deutchland Rally Evo 3 for the low price of $99.75 from Mediamixhobby.com. They have the kit in stock and are in Singapore, another local option is scaleracecars.com...but he will have to special order it, as he doesn't have any in stock. But he can still get them.

Well, the enire kit is resin, white metal and photo etch parts. Those two 1/43 scale resin cars above it are about $45-50 apiece...depending on where you order them.

I don't know if anyone's going to make one, but you might want to wait to see if one gets made in plastic. Easier to work with and much cheaper.

How could you tell? I thought I was the only one here in Orlando until I saw a blue Subaru Impreza going down the road a few days ago with 555 stickers on the side. Then again, mabye the owner thought they looked cool...

Will post new pics soon.
