Car runs, but doesnt idle right

Hi,

I finally fixed it today where the car wouldnt rev past 3000 RPM.
It turned out to be a broken injector wire.
soldered and heatshirnked it and it works fine.
Only problem is the idle.
It idles at about 1500 RPM.
I tried adjusting the idle screw but it doesnt slot the RPm down any bit.
All I can do it make the RPM idle higher, but no lower than 1500.
I know out cars should idle at only about 800 RPM.
My check engine light is also still on.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Any one of a dozen vacume hoses might need replacing, but more likely it's the fast idle valve or even the throttle position sensor. A case of replace for the former and get a new throttle body with TPS on it for the latter.

Nope - it's a sealed unit with a fixed program

But i did mess with the ECU and change the B2 pin to B10.
But then I decided against it and put it back in B2.
What if I didnt get it seated properly?
Could that cause it?
Im pretty sure I put it back in right, it wont come out.
Thanks
