Where is the engine coolant plug?!?!?

I'm changin the coolant in a friends '95 Lumina. It's in bad shape, full of mud/dirt/debris, and the previous owner had mixed Dexxcool with regular coolant (green stuff). I've got the radiator drained , but I can't find the plug to drain the coolant from the block. Does anyone know where it is? I can't find the thing. PLEASE let me know if ya have any info!

There is no coolant plug for the engine to drain the coolant as such. At the shop, we have a machine that power flushes water and cleans the block. When all is clean, fresh coolant is added and strength verified. Coolant fan operation is also verified.
If you think there is a lot of debris in it, flush it with water, run it till hot, drain it and do it again till it is clean. Then add new coolant, bleed the system and verify coolant fan operation.

Groovy, thanks. My other two cars have coolant drain plugs for the engine block, so I asumed there would be one for this too. Thanks for the info!

Actually there is a pipe plug on each side of the block that will drain each side. On the front side it is next to the oil filter. The one on the rear is harder to get to but it is there. I just rebuilt the heads for my neighbors sons 96 3.1 and while I had the heads off I replaced the pipe plugs with petcocks.
