Keyless Entry

My girlfriend has a 1999 Olds Intrigue. Bought it used and only got 1 key with it but would like to have keyless entry. I checked the VIN# with a dealership to see if it came with keyless entry from the factory and it didn't. What I want to know if it is still installed in the car, you just have to buy the remote to use it. I know I can get a keyfob off of ebay for a decent price, but I want to make sure it is in the car before I spend the money on it. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You.

Just have a Alarm installed and they give you 2 remotes that they program to open door trunk and work your alarm..

Re: Keyless Entry

Chck out alarm systems by DEI. The Viper and Clifford systems are my favorite and the installer of the system will usually do all the programing for you.
