Cool Nashville Tennessee contest pics.

There were 328 models entered and about 30 vendors selling kits etc. I won first place in the curbside category with my Veilside MR-S, and another guy in my club won first in intermediate class with his Ferrari 333SP.

The first person I met there was phatmitsu, a nice surprise to meet an AFer, he was competing with his green ITR which looked great.

Buy a Scale Auto magazine once in awhile, it has a show calender in the back. Keep in mind the ACME show in Atlanta November 8, B'ham in March and the Chattanooga show May 8.

Those are some great pics. I'm going to have to go to one sometime.

Wait, I have been to a model car show before.

It´s a shame, that here in germany are not such model auditions. Car modelling is not very popular here.
Very cool models. I like the boxster with the open front hood!!

Sorry, all those models aren't mine, they belong to other entrants so I can't help you.

Hey Brian, I didn't know your name was Craig

Oh well, I can't remember names myself, much less when you meet people that use a different name on the 'net.

Rick, it was good to meet you at the show. Oh, and my name is Bob Hope you can make it down again. We had a blast, even though a huge amount of our fun wasn't at the show, it was cracking jokes at lunch at Hooters. Since you live in MI you should try to go to the Toledo NNL in October, the biggest model car show anywhere near where you live, 800-1000 cars usually.

The kid from Brian's club is Michael Edwards, he does killer work. He won our junior category twice, and won a big award at our 2002 show (his first show after retiring from junior comp).
