I had the same dilemma with my 97 Honda Accord V6. It had an Auto-Freaking-Matic
, then you have to drill holes and get the right pedals and then you have to install the hydraulic system for the clutch and then you have to hook up the new tranny , then you have reconnect the accelerator pedals and then there's installing the new smaller brake pedal (which requires sealing the hole up to the right size for the new pedal.). The lowest price I found for all the parts and labor and what not, was an incredibly high $9,885 . That's where I agree with JackAssSi. you might as well buy a new car. If you really like the Accord then go for it and buy a new accord with a M/T, but I suggest you buy a 5th Generation (1992-1995) Civic Si Hatchback and tune that beast. Anyways Good luck with whatever you decide on doing.
