Too low - Too big?

Hey, I am looking at buying my friends 19x8 Rims with 235 tires, he has them on his 3.5 Acura RL, they look sick! He will sell them to me, Im just wondering, I will obviously have to lower the car with them on there, but would be puttin the Eibach Pro-kit and hte 19s kill the ride? Or would just putting on the sportline springs witht he 19s kill the ride? I know the car is new so not many people have rims on there....let me know what you 7gen guys think.

Tom
