Question V8 or V6......

I personally think they shouldn't make the new Supra a V8. Supra's were orginally designed to beat V8's, to be the king of all imports. I don't want to have the supra turn into an import muscle car. We have plenty Camero's and Firebirds up at the track already, why bring in another muscle? Thats just one opinion out of millions. What do you all think? or

I agree, after all it is a lot funner building your supra than just having a stock crap, not that you can keep it completly stock, but in the supra there are a lot more parts and is cheaper to gain hp.

The more I think about it the more positive I am that I prefer the supra's straight 6. Ive always been a fan of the straight block engines (my 1972 Jaguar XJ6 has an inline 6) I am a fan of both the firebird and camaro, however, I am a true fan of their 1960's version. The first gen camaro is quite possibly my favorite car ever made.

Yeah, I agree with you also... In all honesty, I'm kind of dissapointed by what they're doing with the new Supras.... Not that it really matters though, because I can't afford one anyway
