need some parts

I just aquired a 1997 Z28. It's a nice car and it's got some power so I think I'll keep it around for some fun, I was just wondering where would be a good place to look for performance parts and possible body kits. Also, does anybody know if it's possible and how much it costs to change from the automatic to a manual transmission, cause i can't stand auto transmissions and I'd love to get the chevy 6 speed at my disposal. Thanks in advance.
