how do i install the fuel pump?

Ok i did my friends 99 integra and my other friends 98 prelude. All i did was took the interior out and i did it from the top. I was tryin to do that with my rex but it doesn't look like i can do it from the top? Do i have to drop the tank? I have a 90 crx si. I need to install a 98 prelude fuel pump.

Damn i hate dropping tanks. Especially if the straps are rusted. Oh well , do you know if the 98 prelude fuel pump will fit with no problem? i got it for free so yeh. Since the aftermarket fuel pumps for honda are universal ...i dont see why the prelude couldn't fit?
