The Max is in the shop
I was stopped at a light, going up hill, when the light turned green. i gave it some gas and all i heard was pssssssssst POP!
 and i lost 2-4th gear and reverse. the tranny is BLOWN!took it to AAMCO and so far they dotn know whats happened (they only had a chance to do the external work) but they said if they have to rebuild, it will cost around $2000.00 if anyone would like to contribute to the "Im shit out of luck" fund, e-mail me at [email protected]

that fuckin sucks. i had tranny work done on my 95 and it cost me $1800 to replace gears 1,3,&5. it was the first thing tat went wrong with the car. the guy who owned it before me musta laid a whoopin on his tranny.
