as soon as my truck sells, I am buying a 3rd gen teg, miss my old one TOO much. and was gonna build a all motor CRVTEC but keep hearing about all these people going turbo and I knew how powerful you could get but the more I hear it the more I want it.

I was gonna go all out and totally build a CRVTEC but I was hoping for maybe 250 +/- WHP and even wiht an aditional 50 shot wet kit I dont think its gonna be enough.

so when I get my integra I am gonna put in my B20 with my 11:1 pistons, intake, headers and exhaust.

and with my B18b, what do you think of this

B16a head (P&P)
bore/sleeve @ 85mm
JE 9:1 .40 over pistons for B20
crower rods/turbo cams/dual valve springs/tit retainers
ACT XTSS and XACT flywheel
AEM fuel rail/fuel filter/pullies
B&M fuel flow modifier and 255 LPH fuel pump.
skunk2 intake manifold
edelbrock 65mm TB
UR crank pulley
3 bar MAP
hondata s200
REV HARD stage 3 turbo kit
Quaiffe LSD

I got 4 questions though,

1. I wanna run around 8-10 psi daily and around 20 psi at the track. the page says 9-12 psi racegate, if I wanna run more all i gotta do is get a different wastegate right? but it also says it is meant for 15+ psi of boost. but if your wastegate is set at 12 psi thats all the boost you get isnt it? and stage 2 says efficient to 450 HP, is that wheel horsepower or at the crank. cuz Id rather run the smaller turbo for quicker spool if it will support 20+ psi.

2. to run this amount of boost what size injector do i need, I went to rcengineerings web site and used the caculator but it cam out needing 12cc injectors if i was shooting for 520 at the crank, so i did it on paper using their formula and needed 1100 cc injectors. do I really need that big of injectors to get 520 HP (~450WHP), and is 20 psi gonna reach this level or not?

3. with the hondata s200, I eventually want to put it to a vtec ECU, but while im running the B20 Ill be using the P75 non vtce LS ECU. I would like to tune the P75 with the hondata as well, are they ECU specific or will it work with both ECU's?

4. if the intake is pressurized, then do things like big bore TB, P&P head do much?
