information for custom part
some scaled numbers for those looking to scratch build parts for 1/24 scale.... I will add more, but here is a start

Exhausts

apexi n1 - piping 3.5mm canister 4.8mm (5mm is closest available i think)
2" striaght pipe - .083"
3" straight pipe - .125"
HKS hiper - piping 2.8mm canister 4.8mm

Gauges

5" gauge - .208"
2-1/16" gauge - .083"
2-5/8" gauge - .125"

Headers

Hooker Competition - .068"
Hooker Super Comp - .073"

Intercoolers

Greddy - 11.5mmx25mmx3.2mm


Seat Harness

3" (standard harness size) - .125"

Suspension

18mm strut bar - .750mm
21mm strur bar - .875mm
28mm strut bar - 1.666mm
30mm strut bar - 1.250mm
1" lowering - .042"
2" lowering - .083"
3" lowering - .125"

Plug wires

Nitrous bottles

Largest - 1.145"x.333"
Large - 1.125"x.292"
Large - .875"x.292"
Large - .698"x.219"
Medium - .479"x.182"
Small - .427"x.182"
Small - .375"x.130"
Smallest - .594"x.083"

Nitrous tubing - .008"


8mm wires - .333mm

Wastegate

Tial - 1.7mm

How do u know all of this? And do u know if it is all right??? On ur exhaust measurments do u mean how big the piping is? Cuz i make my own custom HKS Hi Power Exhausts, and i know the correct piping to use.

i looked at manufacturers specs... and divided by 24... that is why it is 1/24 scale

i havent done it personally, but the method used for making exhaust would work very well.

Do you have the full scale sizes of those nitrous bottles? I've never been able to find any.

go to www.holley.com and at the bottom select NOS... then nitrous accesories
