Yea I know, some little shit heads put sugar in my gas tank and I had to get it out before I swap the new motor (Those little fuckers) all you do is disconect the fuel line hook it up to a long hose get yourself as bucket and turn the car in the on position. This moves fuel quite fast... You will be sureprized what that little stock in tank pump can do!

I still gotta drop my tank and scrub it

Oh, a side note... DO NOT TURN ON THE MOTOR. just turn the key to the on position. I figure you got that but wanted to make sure.

Where is the line I have to disconnect ?

I also looked and found a 12mm bolt on the drivers side near the rear of the tank.

Possible drain plug??

Man, he's in Alberta.

BTW - Why do you need to drain fuel for a show? Is less gas JDM or something?

no, its for fire safety reasons. If a cars going to be inside it needs to have very little gas in it.

Hmm thats wierd,,, It is proved a car petrol tank is more dangerous half full then it is at full....

Becuase the fumes are more likely to combust then the fuel itself..

yeah thats true half tank is more dangerous because of the fumes but maybe its because if the gas spills out, little gas is better than a whole lot of gas

i think the main reason is if one tank goes, it can be put out easier cuz there would be less fuel for th fire.. plus im shur people would rather have 1/4 tank that go out and fill up..
