i have a cold air intake guys when it rains im pretty fucked cuz its suxs up the water what can id o about this???

I dont understand how people have problems with this.
You pretty much have to have the whole filter submerged in water to suck any up.
Well, yeah, if youre REALLY worried...you can always get a bypass valve.

I have a CAI and I don't think I have this problem. Unless you took out your splash sheilds I don't see how a lot of water would get to the filter.

I always wonder the same.. Like, your front tire would have to be almost completley burried in water for it to suck up water?!

I have an iceman I just take the Extension off in the winter and I just avoid puddles in the summer when it rains...

Shit i forgot about Iceman intakes. Whatever happen to them? All i hear is ijen and aem. My boy still have his iceman for like nearly 3 years. Are they still around?

If your problem is being caused by splashing rather than wading, you can always cut open an old clorox jug and make a splash shield.

my aem cai is two pieces so i can do that too, but i also got the water bypass valve with it so i wont be taking it apart much.
