vibration from suspension

hi everyone, imnew to the forum and i just bought a 98 gti vr6 about 2 months ago. its pretty much stock, with an exhaust, short shifter, dropin k&n. there is a strange vibration coming from the front pasenger side wheel, more like a hum actually...it gets louder when i make right turns and higher pitch with speed. i thought it might be an off balance wheel, so i switched to 2 front wheels and nothing changed. it doesnt sound like a cv joint, but im new to VWs and i know they are VERY different cars. im at a loss. anybody have this problem before or have any clue??

oh yeah and when i do the one touch close my passenger side window sometimes goes back down after it hits the top. only every once in a while, is this common? is it just a bad switch?
