I was wondering if cars with rebuilt engine are ok to buy?
I'm thinking a 94 Volvo that has a rebuilt engine. Is it generally a bad idea to buy a car with a rebuilt engine? Why? Thanks, David |

It kind of depends on the quallity of the rebuild. Find out where had the motor rebuilt or where he purchased the rebuilt. I'd definatly have the car inspected by a shop before you buy the car. Especially if the rebuild was recent.
