What injectors do I need?

I have a jdm b16a1 from an integra xs1 that was an auto tranny so I guess that the engine was made in 1990 or 91. I want to upgrade the fuel injectors, but I don't know which ones I need: saturated or peak hold, flow rate (cc), etc...
thanks,
djk1

First of all what are your mods that will really help. people that are going to tell you something big like 440cc or even in the 300's is to big if you have simple bolt on cuz #1 you need a computer to tell your ecu to send more fuel and 2nd bigger injectors will just flud your shit and more fuel doesnt mean its always better in some cases.
