Probably not with the current Gelandewagen since it will be replaced in the next couple of years.

Didn't Brabus Engineering produce a midified G-Wagen with a performance engine, seems to ring a bell it was a 600V12 engine and produced to order

mercedes will not make a g600
amg made a few G63's to special customer specification, as in europe they do small order work like the SL73 amg etc e60, that never comes to teh uSA due to regulations etc

Brabus this year unveiled teh G65, a 6 litre v12 640bhp engined g class at teh geneva motorshow, and in which i have been and discussed it.
this is teh first time sucha n engine has been put in teh car
teh traction controland differntials have all had to be changed to vcope with the pressures involved, and is obvios it is not for off roading, a due to teh $350,000 price, but also due to teh fact tehat teh side exit 4 exhausts would get ripped off
its quite a sight seeing it crammed in

check out the very early 1987 AMG g's, which featured 3.2 litre engines at teh largest in keeping with teh cars of the day, althouigh some 500sel engines were put in them later.

they are in my gallery, i dont know how to put them on this thread
some are armoured, feature recaro seats all around, and 450SEL 6.9 lights and grill
