Unhappy Vti Problem

I need help i own a 1997 Civic vti D16Y SOHC VTEC.i hav a simota air filter and thats it. What should i do 2 gain more power go b16A or mod this engine?????Help pls

how much you wanting to spend? It might be cheaper to sell it and get something with a b16a in there already...ie EK civic hatch, or late model EK civic coupe.
