98 Firebird Power Window Problem

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem i am having with my 98 firebird's passenger side power window. When i go to roll it down it only comes down about half way, i have to wait about 30 sec. to roll it down the rest of the way. And when i go to roll it back up it comes up alittle each time i push the button, i have to wait about 1 min. or so between rolling it up, it takes me about 10 min. to roll it all the way back up. Is there something i could could do to fix this or is the power window motor messed up?

I had the same problem with my 97 formula on the drivers side, i just replaced the motor and it fixed it, but it was kind of hard getting the motor in and out.
