Why did you make two posts noob? And why in the JDM forum?
go to autozone or whatever and tell them you want plugs for an si and they'll do it for you. Don't buy Denso Iridiums, they are so f'in overpriced. Back when I was a fuckin idiot I paid $80 for 4 of them because they told me I would see a 5-10 horsepower gain.

NGK spark plugs are the best for hondas as far as I have seen. I use NGK plugs and they outperform any others I used. As far as sizes if you have an owners manual it will tell you what size and gap to set them at or like he said autozone has a book that will tell you what size to use. Just remember if you ever get into nos or turbo use the coldest plugs they make for your car

Not the coldest, just 2 steps colder. NGK BKR7E's are the best for that.

You can run Denso Iridium IK-20's or IK-22's if you're boosting. You can also get them for $10 a piece at a few places. The Denso's are more heat tolerant than the NGK's. What plug you run is just a matter of personal preference, some folks prefer Denso, some prefer NGK. I've installed Denso products, (plugs, O2 sensors, etc.) since 1980 and I've always been pleased. That doesn't mean NGK's are not good, you just stick with what you're comfortable with.
