Why its OK when AF is slow

Well, this really belongs in AF news, but, Im putting it here to show everyone how powerful AF's servers need to be, and what a great job is being done to keep the page up.
Im not sure how many hits we get, but, heres a graph of "Daily Traffic Rank Trend". If a site had a rating of 1, then, its the busiest sight on the internet. If it has a rating of 1000000, then, its a less visited site.
AF is now receiving almost as much traffic as www.chevy.com, which is a lot of people.
So, the next time AF is a little slow, or goes down, remember that AF is less than 2 years old and not made by a huge (rich) company.

All I have to say is thank you thank you thank you for not turning this site into 1) a paid subscription or 2) overflowing with annoying pup-up ads that attack my mouse. Every other good site I have found usually ends up as one of these. Again, thank you.

So why such a dramatic upward trend from April to July? Seems like a big jump.
