Question Engine Lifespam With Nitrous Oxide

I was considering buying a used car that had nitrous oxide in it before and i was wondering would it shorten the lifespan of the engine?

I would not buy a used car that ran nitrous. You will never know how much the previous owner abused the juice. If over-used & used too ofter, YES it will shorten the engines life. I know a guy w/ 97 camaro & has been spraying since 10,000 miles & now has 80,000 miles & still spraying.

You can rebuild the engine and use 'Total Seal' piston rings, they'll stand up to friggin anything.
