Angry Aftermarket Keyless Entry System messed up the TheftLock/ignition system

Bestbuy Store installed a aftermarket keyless Entry remote system(it also had a function to remotely start the engine) for 1997 Chevy Lumina LS that was equiped a TheftLock by the manufacture.
When Bestbuy installed the keyless entry system, they bypassed the TheftLcok circuit, so a copied key without black tiny chip was able to start the inginition/engine.

After the installation, a nightmare was coming!
Sometime, the engine was not able to start, it was apparently the TheftLock was triggered. Just like when the fuse of TheftLock was pulled out. The Starter and Battery were good. There is a jukebox of circuit relays related to ignition system. I replaced all, but it did not help!
One relay did not release, but the replay itself was replaced a new. It did not help. It seems the control signal sent to the relay was wrong.

Any suggestions!
