mitsubishi reliability
i'm getting a new car soon and i was thinking about a 97-99 mitsubishi gsx, but i've been hearing from people that mitsu is not reliable and that i'll be spending a lot more money repairing it. if you guys would give me a little advice about choosing a mitsu and some info about mitsu cars not being reliable, i would really appreciate it. thanks

I've had two old Mitsubishis [a '93 Lancer 1.6 and my current 1990 Galant 2.0 GTi 4WD] both are/were over 100,000 Miles and the only reliability problems I've had are the usual stuff [brake pads & discs, exhausts, etc, etc]
Incase you're wondering, the only reason I changed from the Lancer to the Galant is because a woman drove into the side of it & it was written off

when i was investigating the gsx, that was the answer i got from almost anyone i asked; as long as u take care of the car, it should be reliable
