I need alot of help!!!!!

Whats going on!!! I know this sounds stupid but i really dont know that much about cars. I just got a 1996 honda prelude SI and i really dont know what steps i need to take to make it Fast, good interior, good exterior and a good system. Just tell me what i should do to make this thing look good and really fast for cheap but make it good quality. Just tell me what i should do for like what kind of intake and stuff like that to make it fast with more horsepower. i want good interior that looks nice. Well if u can help me out that would be great. Thanks!!!

Cold air, headers New cat and catback first thats $400 at best, then lighten things up that helps every where

u could also go for high perfomance parts.
air filter,
oil filter,
clutch, ACT is prob the best,
spark plugs,
brakes( i dont know if its the most important) ,
and (definitely most important) tires/wheels. prob 16" with some cool rims.

If anybody else gots any better, this is my opinion.
