can i put a stock 180sx turbo on my 240sx or do i need new ex man

in short, no.
To turbocharge the KA24DE (or KA24E, if you really wanna) you need a new exhaust manifold, and assorted other bits to supply oil to the turbo, piping for the intake, intercooler, etc. The KA was setup almost like Nissan had turbocharging it planned from the start. Its a sturdy block and even has piston cooling oil squirters to take the addtional heat of a turbo, kind of like the SR and RB series engines. So yes, you can do it, but it will require numerous parts, and its better just to buy a kit with a Turbo already and use that one, plus the CA18DET turbo is kinda small and useless anyway.
