Distributor Wiring?

Hi,

I finally figured out what I did wrong wiring the injector box and finally finished.
Now, I finally am to the part where you wring up the 2 C1 and C2 wires to the distributor.
Well, can someone clearly explain how to do this because i've read over and over and I still dont get it?
Even better if someone who has done this B4 has some pics it would be greatly appreciated.
