revhard turbo's recall?

I bought a revhard turbo from afterhourz racing. Afterhourz is gone and I called up revhard because I had upgraded to ballbearing. Revhard told me that I need to send the turbo kit back because they were having trouble boosting on some kits and they would send me another. The story sounded a little fishy does anyone know if this story is legit? or did afterhourz screw them and now they want their stuff back. Let me know if anyone knows what is going on.

thanks

have some paperwork that sais that you send the turbo back for a recall.....then if they don't send you anything....then you sue them....

they cannot take that turbo back unless its stolen property and then only trough the courts or police.....not trough made up recals
