About those pullys....Ive had some AEM underdrive pullys in my b18b (integra LS DOHC non-vtec) but had to pull em out for money situations....but before i took em out i did notice a slight difference at the wheel. If you get a GOOD underdrive pulley system then u should see an increase at around 8-15HP/6-10ft.-lpd of tourqueand if you got that ol' turbo in....round 10-18 HP/10 to 20 ft.-lbs so ... if ur looking for an extra boost...that doesnt cost a tremedous amount, ya this is a good investment in my opinion.

Go check out AEM's website. They have some dyno results on there.

I installed an aem cam sprocket and Unorthodox underdrive pulley, and dynotuned my DX (when I had the D16...) to gain 6hp at the wheels. It was like 4whp across the entire band and slowly peaked to 6whp. I could definitely notice a little bump in throttle pickup, even on that dinky engine. If you get the entire set (ac, p.steering, underdrive) you'll see like said above 8-15 horsepower. A set will cost about $400 and offers about as much power as you get from a $1200+ i/h/e combo.

would that be including the SS crank pulley that unorthadox makes? Or just the p/s and alt. pulley?

Add another couple horsepower I guess...
They don't really "add" horsepower, they free up what the engine is already able to provide, just like rims where a little bit of weight savings makes your car a little faster. It takes less power from the engine to spin all the belts (or serpenine belt on other engines) allowing it to pick up a little quicker.

i think it was the unorthodox ud pulley, but i heard that its not good to use it because it requires taking off some balancer(or something like that). i think the tru-power set replaces the alt&ps pulley, whats left?

Yeah that unorthadox balancer crap sounded shady. I just went AEM a while back, but I think I'll feel a little more once I remove and bypass the A/C pulley. That pulley on the A/C compressor is gigantic...it's larger than the crank pulley! That's almost as dumb as the HV plus hydrogen honda that blows up.
