Best modeling putty?

Ok I know u guys have mentioned many different brands of putty in several different threads, but my problem is we have no real hobby shops around where I live and I dont really wanna order it online so I was wondering if I could get some bondo or something from like an auto parts store? And if so what kind is the best? Also I would preffer somethin non-toxic. I say this because the red putty I have now has some very strange warnings on it.

The Putty I have is Model Master's Red Putty, but listen to this on the front it says: " DANGER: Extremely flammable liquid and vapors. Vapors may cause flash fire. Causes eye and skin irritation. Can be absorbed through the skin. May cause Kidney and Liver damage. I mean I just dont see how the hell the company is allowed to make this crap.
