Cool Think i got the 850i blues

Been driving a 98 740il for awile and got smoked on the freeway by a 850i it was embarresing big time , Anyway ive been a vette mechanic for years working with fuel injections and sensor base computer equipt
cars i finally test drove a 850i and i got the bug to have one , i found a diamond pearl 850i with clean carfax and 69,000 miles all services records up to date as well, being a mechanic for this type car should be fun , i heard of some horsepwer levels well in the 425hp range with mods and chips and some dyno tests from club E31 which blew my mind
wide open for a sleeper type rocket in tuxedo form ..if any you you 850i owners have any links and suggestions on after market mods your info
is well taken here with me , also after i saw this picture and drove one i was hooked ...

If you want 425hp it will be expensive...you will probably need a Korman conversion to a 5.6L CSI based block, new cams (2@$750 per), ported and polished plenums, chip, and exhaust to be close. It is a great car, even with the stock 300hp. I think it is the best grand touring car you can buy for under $75,000
