haha.. I was gonna post that last night when you said you want to convert a hasegawa EG6 into the initial d one..

where are you gonna find those mugen wheels.

i think the only way you can get a set is to hand make them from scratch with putty :o I had to do that for my Volvo T5-R.. took forever to make

I would start with an American Muscle car wheel.
They have that sort of look!

How close are these?

From http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/G...ge/mimic2.html.

Or these?

From Pegasus. (Right down the block from me. )

You may just have to pick somethin close and fake it.

You are getting too fussy!

Forget putty too, your first project with the stuff should not be to build four wheels! You will get dis-heartened!

Go with the Impuls, or something similar that HLJ have in stock!

Actually, what I wanted to say was to use the putty to mod those Impul wheels. Oops, sorry for the misunderstanding there! Fill the holes in the to make it 4 nuts! hehe

Aren't we all fussy when it comes to making models

Initially when I start a project yeah! But then as it progresses and I want it finished, I lower my requirements somewhat!
