Wink What a tragedy.

>Rev. Jesse Jackson is visiting a primary school and he visits one
>of the classes. They are in the middle of a discussion related to
>words and their meanings.
>
>The teacher asks the Rev. Jackson if he would like to lead the
>discussion on the word "tragedy". So the illustrious leader asks the class
>for
>an example of a "tragedy".
>
>One little boy stands up and offers: "If my best friend, who lives
>on a farm, is playing in the field and a runaway tractor comes
>along and knocks him dead, that would be a tragedy."
>
>"No," says the Great Jesse Jackson," that would be an accident."
>
>A little girl raises her hand: "If a school bus carrying 50 children
>drove over a cliff, killing everyone inside, that would be a tragedy."
>
>"I'm afraid not," explains the exalted spiritual leader. "That's
>what we would call a great loss."
>
>The room goes silent. No other children volunteer.
>
>Rev. Jackson searches the room. "Isn't there someone here who can
>give me an example of a tragedy?"
>
>Finally at the back of the room Little Johnny raises his hand.
>In a quiet voice he says: "If a jet carrying you, Rev. Jackson,
>were struck by a missile and blown to smithereens, that would be a
>tragedy."
>
>"Fantastic!" exclaims Jackson, "That's right. And can you tell me
>why that would be tragedy?"
>
>"Well," says Little Johnny, "because it certainly wouldn't be a
>great loss and it probably wouldn't be an accident either."

hahaha...got about half way through it, to where he asks the class for an example, and I knew it was gonna be a Little Jonny joke, pretty good one.

Btw, what's wrong with that H2, I think it looks alright, I definately wouldn't want it but someone has to be different. And why criticize someone's hard work??

BTW: they've ruined it. They might as well pluck the wings off of an airplane, or remove the lightbulb from a lamp - but hey, at least it won't murder innocent people in an accident now

Are you the kind of person that reads a book title and if it sounds dumb you put it down without reading what it's about?? I'm sure you know nothing of the H2, Now the CTS does look bad, well, only the wheels, but I dont see crap all over that H2, just lowered with big ass dubs, which imo is alright, as long as he's not some sort of ricer, I mean I'll agree that it's too low, and the rims are prob just a bit too big, but some people will look at that like, whoa phat ride or something, it definately doesn't fall under something I'd drive, but I'll give the owner respect for it, it's a hell of a lot better than what I drive.

Just don't like to see machines put out of their purpose - that's all. Also, it give me shivers to think how they had to mutilate the body of that machine to fit those wheels in there with it sitting so low.

Yeah I agree, but I never see Land Rovers go off road, and majority of Ferrari's aren't driven much at all. I'd only buy a vehicle for its purpose also but roughly probably half of the H2's out there will only see pavement their whole lives. That vehicle probably has the best off road capabillities for a production vehicle, as does the Porsche Cayenne and VW Touraeg(sp), but I highly doubt those vehicles will ever get dirty.
