have u guys ever heard of tom motorsports?

i was shoppin around the other day, n there's a shop i went to and they told me that the tom motorsports coilover sleeves r a good ie cheaper altenative than the ground controls for the same quality... have any of u guys heard of tom motorsports? or have any experience with these particular coilover sleeves? thanks for all your input... i dont want to skimp on my suspension... but ide also like to get the most bang for my buck... money for mods come few and far between... im still in the deciding/researching phase... ive heard people say GC's n tokicos... H&R springs n tokicos... tien coilover kit...

If it's the same Tom's I'm thinking of, they really only make parts for Toyotas. They are to Toyota, what Spoon is to Honda. TRD is the what's equivalent to Mugen.

Anyways, I'd be weary about that since I only know of Tom's Racing to deal with Toyotas.

IMO don't get sleeves unless they are ground Controls. You want good bang for the buck, invest in some Tein Basic series coilovers, cheaper than the SS, but still good ole' JDM Tein quality. They should cost you no more than $700 for a set. Sleeve coils are Any that set you back $200 or less that is.

I know www.wholesalehyperfomance.com sells them, and also check out www.groupbuycenter.com to see if any venders on there might have them in stock to sell.

hah... sorry for laughin.. but no, theyre not the toyota tom...

theyre a new company, selling decent products for a good price..

a shop here sells their stuff.. and i havent heard any probs yet... actually only good things.. they sell mufflers for cheap, hoods, headlights, all the extras for a good price...

and they have a good warrentee too..

so id look into it if ur $$ wise..
