Question Bouncing Idle

I have a 96 civic with an idle problem I'm hoping somone will know something about. The engine starts fine and the cold idle is fine at about 1800 rpms. Once the car is warm and the idle drops is doesn't stay down and continually bounces between 1000rpms and 2000rpms.
I thought it might be a vaccum leak or something related to the thermastat but the engine doesn't overheat. Any ideas of what it might be?
The car was stored outside for the past 2 mo. and the problem didn't exist before storage.

Thanks

I did get it fixed. It was the speed(idle) control valve. The part was about $250-$300 and solved the problem. I had it installed for about $450. One of my friends had the same problem with his '92 accord and changed it himself and said it's not worth doing yourself unless you have a garage and can spend the better part of a day on it
