No but honestly, have you EVER met anyone from Wisconsin? I know I haven't. I don't think it exists, and if you ask me it's all just a government cover-up designed to control us. It was probably some sort of bet Lincoln made with his vice prez. "Betcha 50 I can make those dumbasses believe there's ACTUALLY a state called WISCONSIN" ...yer on.
